I havent been checking what is going on the forum for quite a while, I searched for the lamp on the forum but didnt find any results.

I checked OSRAM's site for new lamps and they have a 400W compact size lamp which I handt seen before (6 months ago I guess).

The lumen is quite good too. I am curious if anyone is using the lamp. I asked a local OSRAM distributer they said the lamp hasnt come to Turkey yet and has a price tag of about 70€ which is just over 100$.

It is a bit pricey for me to just give it a try. If any one used it and says its good I would buy it though...

Attached is a the spec from OSRAM catalogue.

Am i missing something? Same product number, two different lamps

http://www.amazon.com/Sylvania-10141-40A15...V/dp/B002CYS9ZU

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002A1W1K...me=&seller=

Both have same product numbers:

Sylvania 10141 40A15/2PK/RP 120V
Sylvania 10141 40A15/2PK/RP 120V

Anyways, $6.38 is practically a giveaway. Can anyone find the official specs? and is there anyone else actually running a projector at 1kW? (besides Arizonavideo and the handful of others)

I never think of doing a google site search, I am surprised how fast they index. I posted yesterday and it is indexed today ... google bots must be working hard...

I dont get it though the lamp you and simul8r posted are not the same as the osram one ... am I missing something ?
