This sounds very interesting...I don't know much about the ARM architecture, what sort of power does this thing really have? like what could you reasonably expect to run using this thing?

It is similar to ITX boards, but half the size and cost. The ITX boards are used in carputers and netbooks. I was thinking video, or attach it to a nice touchscreen and battery for a portable 'round the house computer. At minimum it could run windows mobile, but probably would be more powerful with Linux.
