Sadly, I am not- it would cost a lot more to get it to the US! Maybe next time I visit Florence......

Thanks for responding.

I think it is a combination of shipping costs and the concern over power supply- I assume that it requires 240 volts...?

In the US, the used E-ballasts are hard to get because the potheads snap them up, they use them for home-grown maryjane plots, so California and Vancouver hippies are out in force looking for used ballasts. They also go hard after UV ozone generators to, I imagine, cover up the odors. The Drug Enforcement Administration should do a few sting operations on E-Bay if they are still excited to nail the home "hobbyists".

If your unit has a combined 110-240, 50-60 power supply capability and there is an alternative slow boat shipping method that doesn't exceed half of the cost of the unit, you might be able to move it to a US LL subscriber- me, for example. But you need to be able to explain that up front.

unfortunatly as you say shipment from italy is too high (despite the one it would have from us to italy usps is great) yes my eballast is 110 240

That means that your best customer options are likely to be pot dealers in Amsterdam! laugh.gif

I don't know much about the quality of the LL ballast- but a new 400w is available for DeHao in Hong Kong for $105 including shipping ($75.99 plus $30 to ship):

Is there a reason that the LL unit should be worth more?

They were made in conjunction with Vue and LL. Specially designed for projectors. Mine has less than 10 hours on it. I can do 110 shipped.
