after one years working, I make it out.

1. Use collimator, to collect all the output of the LED lamps.
2. Use flyeyes, to assure the light can be used by the LCD panel
3. Use heatpipe to cool down the led lamps.
4. if we can use the latest LED lamps, with only 19 LED lamps, the brightness can be more than 400 lumens.

The design diagram is as following

Once past the collimator lens, the rest of hte projector is standard.

Question though, did you mean collimator lens, or collector? It was my understanding that the light leaving hte "flyeyes" should already be collimated (Parallel beams) is that not so? In that case, then it is a collector fresnel that you need to gather all of the light at the triplet. (Just being clear about terms.)

You mention a number of 19 LEDs, how large a surface area does that cover? Are we talking about a 7" LCD, a 15.4" LCD, or what? Or are the sizes of the "flyeyes" variable so that we can make the same 19 LEDs cover a variable area for different LCDs? I presume that there's a minimum size that this can cover, in order to accomodate the LED device size.

Great Questions
1. Yes, all the projectors look the same. Like all the women has hooters.
2. Look, this is the collimator. The lights from LEDs can not be fully used by the flyeyes without collimator.
3. The flyeyes size is 69mm*79mm, and it is ok for 7" LCD and 5", and 3.5". For larger size, the flyeyes should be redesigned.
