Striped my NS-LCD15-09CA 15'6 panel and the polerizer came up with ag all in one. so i orderd the SHC polerizer and there on the way. in the mean time i have a striped panel thats all broken but i can use the polerizer to project an image. the only problem is the polerizer is all wrinkeld and cracked. If i move it up 3-4 inches from the lcd panel it looks allot better. My question is when I do this, the lcd runs basically dark. So dosnt this increase the heat and could i cook my panel by doing this? also my plan is just put one SHC directly ontop of the panel, it seems to still have a polerizer below.

Thx

Not too sure about the heat. I think all the polarisers job is to send out the light in a parallel beam in one direction rather than all directions. BTW are you not better of leaving the polariser off?
