I bought a haas style proj setup used. the LCD is destroyed and never really fit in the first place. I believe it is a 15".
My question is: How do I tell what size screen I need for my projector? I'm considering purchasing a 15" or a 15.4" LCD TV, but I'm not sure what would be the correct size screen to begin with. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you!

If you can measure the fresnels, that will tell you.
Standard frensels are about 12 1/2" by 9 1/2". If that's the size of the fresnels then you need a 15" 4:3 aspect ratio LCD. A 15.4" widescreen will NOT fit.

I think this is your projector:
http://www.lumenlab.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=28189http://www.lumenlab.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=27608Depending on the measurements of a 15.4 or 15.6 LCD panel and the measurement of the inside width of the enclosure, you
might be able to retrofit it to use a 15.4 or 15.6 LCD. You'd have to buy larger fresnels (220mm and 320mm) and you'd have a short throw, but it
might be possible.

I'm pretty certain that the kit that I'm using comes from something like this:
http://www.lumenlab.com/store/index.ph...;products_id=12 just judging from the measurements posted on the bottom of the page and the measurements I made of the box with a rusty old ruler, the kits are one in the same. Could it be that stumms just messed up building the damned thing?

Sorry, your link didn't work, and the ones I posted above seem to be broken, too.
I don't remember if stumms was the original builder, but somebody could have messed up.

Well, I actually got ahold of a 15.4 wuxga screen, controller, the whole shebang. looks like I'm going to have to retrofit this biatch.
