I know the scene has dropped off a bit. But, why is it one has the guts to pop open one of these Favi Rio PJ and put a hidef screen in it. We made the PSP projector for Christ sake

There might be a compatibility issue with getting a third-party LCD working in a Favi. I suppose one could bypass whatever LCD checks the Favi might have and mount the controller external to the enclosure. Also, it takes a 5" LCD (at least the V3 that LL is selling - the V2 had a 3.5" LCD) and I think it might be cost prohibitive to place 5" HD screen in it (if they're even available).
