Hi
I am looking for a high intensity mercury light source for use in photolithography.

At the moment I have a 3000 lumen 100watt mercury vapor lamp, but unfortunately it has not been sufficient to get good results with lithography.

I was wondering if anyone could recommend a high power projector light source (ideally one with spectral specifications)
