I'm looking to hook up all stuff into my projector. I am also looking to have a surround sounds also.
What I have:
projector VGA hookup
Xbox 360
Sat TV DVR r10
xbox 360
Wii
DVD player Svideo/component/composite digital audio out (orange)
What I need hooked up
projector VGA - xbox 360 - sat tv - wii - dvd player - computer
5.1 or greater to - xbox 360 -dvd - sat tv - wii - computer
ATM I just use my macbook and have it hooked direct to the Projector works for movies .... Xbox 360 no workie on the big screen.
But I am looking to build a relatively cheap system to hook it all together.
Does it all need to go into the computer then come back out and then into the projector?
I was looking at 5.1 sound cards but how would I put all the other sources into it?
also looking at a TV tuner card for the PC that seems to be what people use for that.
any ideas?
