ive been playing around with lenses and various lightsources for my commercial projector retrofit.

im waiting on my p7 led. and i know i need to get the light pattern to about 2-6 degrees.

would the lense of an oldschool camcorder work? the way i see it it has to direct to a very small degree into the camcorder.

would this work. if i were to remove it and turn it around. this is an actual big lense. not like the type used in newer lcd camcorders..this is a real oldscool camcorder. with the small lcd in the eyepeice. like early 90s type
