Hello I have not been on the forums for quite some time. Alot has changed since I have been gone. I have since kind of gotten out of my diy projector phase
way too many mishaps. Anyway I thought I would share my current theater setup

I am a college student on a budget living in an apartment so it is kind of hard to do alot of the things I want to but I try to continue to feed the habit My theater does not even compare to some, if not most on here, but for right now it serves its purpose and works for me. Hopefully someday I can step up and play with some of the big dogs on this site.
Equipt:
VIDEO:
Benq w500 picked up a few months ago from visual apex for $745 in my opinion a good projector for a budget. Homemade blackout cloth screen works well for now. 110 inches and I need to finish the trim out.
AUDIO:
El cheapo black friday sony special from last year $96 came with 5.1 speakers but have upgraded to a little better sony versions for front, rear and center but still use the stock woofer. Again it works for me right now and plus living in an apartment I cant get too crazy with the sound.
OTHER EQIPT:
HTPC That I recently built. I also have my XBOX 360 hooked through the projector.
I just recently bought my popcorn machine. I mean sure I could have invested the $200 in my sound or video....but mmm I do love popcorn. My various decor I have mostly accumulated over the years. This Hobby I can tell is kind of like a disease....But its a disease that for right now I dont want to cure
here are som pretty blurry pics...and pardon the mess. I dont know how i got that stain on my shirt either tongue.gif . As for seats I have a fouton and a chair that I reupholstered.
