Hi,

i went to WalMart, Home Depot and some other stores. Seems like no one knows what blakcout cloth is.

Anyone has any idea where i can purchase good quality blackout cloth here in Surrey, Vancouver BC Canada for around 140 inch screen ?

Call around to your local Fabricland shops and ask if they stock it.
I think most places stock blackout cloth that's about 1.5 meters wide (height for a screen) - that's about 60 inches tall. If you need a larger size and can't find it locally, I've read that there are Sellers on eBay that stock wider blackout cloth.

yeah iam callling around since 2 days but no one has it. hope blackout is the right solution

There was one store they have only the grey one but it does not look like blackout cloth somehow it looks like wool huh.gif

i thought it has a shinny surface kinda plastic or so. do you know any ebay auction who is selling bigger one ?

i would like to build 140 inch.

Nice your from surrey huh. well salutations from sumas. next time you cross the border if your in bellingham. You could go to joanns. they gave me twice as much as i needed for 35 bucks.
but if you dont like the drive you could try Deziner Drapery in surrey. just ask for large blackout curtains. it would probably be pricier though. I would east -west fabrics first though. they should have what you need

i called around 20 stores but everyone had the max width of 54 inches.

so i bought from ebay, free shipping in the us. since i know someone in bellingham that isnt a problem i go very often to shop and fill up my car with gas biggrin.gif

110 x 62 inch. Its gonna give me around 120 inch screen

guess i have to wait till it arrives wink.gif

ps. i will give deziner drapery a call maybe they have it for next time smile.gif
