I have a bit of a problem and don’t know what to do. I ordered a pro reflector six weeks ago from lumenlab and still have not received it. After leaving many emails and phone messages, I had only one reply saying I should get it by Halloween. Well Halloween was three weeks ago and I still don’t have it, not even a reply to any of my other messages. Has anyone encountered this dead silence put off by lumenlab? What should I do next?
