Simple mod for those who wish to use the MP8610 LCD for independent use or lamp mod. I wanted to remove the Ballast/Power Supply assembly from the projector so that I could LED mod the projector. I'm probably going to go with a P7 LED. I'm pretty excited with my first test results.
