If you don't mind, I would like to mention another option that is only $40 more... saw this at my local SamsClub... I have not bought one of these and I don't know if there are any FFC issues, but this looks interesting.... here is the information posted on the SamClub web site...

Westinghouse Digital Electronics warrants their LCD TVs against defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase.

I purchased the Westinghouse W1603 At Costco; $189.95. I did the LCD strip, you can see pictres at my Plog, Dave's Second Attempt using a 15.6 HDTV.

Picture quality is good and appears so far that there are no FFC issuses. I will keep you posted on my Plog.
