Holy cow! That thing is AWSOME!!!

I cant believe it actually. I didnt think there was someone else out there that had a love for the dreamcast like that. What games do you usually play on it. Jet grind radio was my favorite. It was the one game that had enough soul and fun game mechanics to battle xelda and mario on the n64. Crazy thoguht? most would think so but im stickin to it.

Are you the same guy who made the protable 360 laptop?
and the original prota supernintendo, if so Ive been following your work.
very nice once again! im blown away!

No I have only made two other portables. a N64 and a 6-n-1 handheld.

Look down one post in this forum for my N64 handheld smile.gif

And I usually play the Sonic adventures and The 2K sports series.

But I am in the midst of some of the Rpg's smile.gif

Yea I am getting a lot of comments on the cd-rom safety wise.

But really the thing spins rather slowly and can be stopped just by touching it. There really is no way it can hurt you. wink.gif

I have read all about your 64 and Dreamcast but I have not seen the 6-1. Do you have a link to it. I would like to read it. Thanks.

Oh yeah another question. Do you have much skipping with it being a CD? I really like the idea but it seems as if the Cartridge games would be more reliable for handheld gaming. Just curious.

Got a question for ya JJ:
What motivates you to spend time and money on older technologies like the dreamcast and n64 then say, A wii or a ps2 slim?
Dont get me wrong I love ther dreamcast and if your into the soft mod scene, this was the console that broke ground before the xbox scene.

Just workin my way up smile.gif

And the Wii is out because it wouldn't be a handheld with having to use the WiiMote.

And the Xbox 360 and PS3 are out because they require to much power to make it anywhere near portable.

I have a brother who just shipped to his station in kuwait. and I was thinking of shipping him a travel xbox. notice i said "travel" and not portable. I was wondering if you knew what kind of battery woud be need to power an xbox 360 and a 15" lcd monitor? I dont care what size as long as he can fit it on his bunk. and car batteries are not out of the question.

About the only way to do it is a car battery and a inverter.

Thats why you don't see any Xbox360 portables. They suck WAY to much power.
