Hello. All HQI lamps i found on stores (osram, sylvania) are marked as "UV block". So, may i use them as they are without an additional UV filter, or an additional UV filter is a must ?

If the lamp has a UV coating, then you really don't need additional UV filters. However, if you're going to be using a 400W lamp, you'll probably want some type of heat shielding between the lamp and rear fresnel.

While you said UV coating, you mean this "UV block" specification of the lamp ? BTW, maybe i'm going to 150W.
