I picked up a sharp qa 1650 and it works but can't get a signal just stays on the sharp logo screen do you have to have the remote to switch between inputs? Does any sharp qa remote work for a 1650 like would a sharp qa 1100 work i saw one on ebay? I tried a reset but no luck?

What resolution are you trying to run through it?
It seems the native resolution of that panel is only 640 x 480.
I think the max resolution is 800 x 600 (will downscale to native resolution).

i didn't hook it up to a pc just a ps2 no luck through the av input and svideo? maybe you have to have the remote?
the panel powers on just can't past the logo screen?
