Hi people!

I hope this is the right section, I am new here. I got a 15" LCD panel from a friend of mine (model is: M150XN07 [Datasheet] from AUO, it was taken from a Clevo lcdpc, model L295N I think...). I am planning to build a DIY lab monitor, and I will get the proper flatpanel controller soon. Now my problem is that the original inverter was lost and I am searching for a substitute that can do the job...

I googled for hours and I discovered that probably the original inverter was "GH001HB Inverter" manufactured by C&C Green Tech

The GH001:

Datasheet: GH001

I searched for it around the world on ebay trough its P/N without positive results. The main problem was that every inverter is described by its application ("inverter for notebook/laptop X, model Y...") so if there is a GH001 or similar inverter with the same features I am not able to find it...

Where and how I can get GH001 or equivalent for cheap price?

Thanks in advance to everyone who will help me

Almost any inverter out of a 14" or 15" LCD monitor that uses 2 lamps will likely work just fine.

The one you indicated seems to be available here: http://www.lcdparts.net/DesktopInverterDet...rOriginal=GH001
Quite pricey in my opinion.

You could probably buy a 15" lcd montior on ebay with a cracked LCD and get the inverter out of it cheaper, and there would be a very good chance the controller would work also. This panel uses an extremely common LCD LVDS connector, pin-out and specifications that is equivalent to the majority of 1024x768 LCD panels.
This model series is actually the base for most firmware written for aftermarket LCD controllers

Or you could buy one of the universal inverters sold on ebay. Those are selling for <$20 USD shipped.
It's possible you would have to make certain the right wires go to the right pins, but it's another option.

Good Luck!

fmerril, thanks for the tips! I found a damaged lcd monitor on ebay, Nfren NF-1500M that have the same inverter, as mentioned at lcdparts

Thanks a lot!
