Is there ffc issues? I never stripped a panel I looked at the the montior list and one person said there was none then another person said there was 1 issue? I payed 19.95 for this panel I don't want to mess with it if it could be really hard the backlight is out thats why I got it for 20 bucks.

Sometimes, an LCD manufacturer will switch panels in the middle of a production run - so it's never a guarantee that your monitor will have no FFC issues (unless you purchase an LCD from johnzo).
That being said, $20 shouldn't kill you if you find out you can't use it. A lot of us have killed LCDs that cost over $200 and then had to replace them.
The best advice is to go slow and take plenty of pictures of your disassembly, and we'll be happy to help you if you should run into a problem.
