Got started by stripping my HP w 1907 monitor.
Attached is a pic of the Hardy Heron from Ubuntu.
The plastic casing on the monitor had to be cut away, no 'things' I could see that I could undo. Once I got the casing off, everything else was easy. No fcc issue.

I am a little concerned about evenly distributing the light over a 19 inch wide screen... any thoughts from anyone on this?
