Hello everyone ,

I want to install some exhaust fans to my entertainment unit , through the back , and I'm thinking something like this :
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx...N82E16835888309

I want to install 2 of these things. Can I hook these up to a power adaptor ? what would be the simpliest way to install these ?

any help would be great !

Thank you !

It looks like it's got a 4 pin molex plug on the end. If you don't want to put together the wiring yourself, you can use something like the Thermaltake Power Station Mini Box and a 110v AC to 12v DC Power Supply with 4 Pin Molex Adapter.

See this thread or the first post of my PLOG for links.

I'm sure these fans would work, but are they the most appropriate fans for your needs. The main advantage of these fans is their small external footprint (a small slot instead of a larger circle). Check out the better 120mm fans. They move a lot more air, and are relatively quiet.

Eiher way the wiring setup would probably be the same.

Quasi , Thanks alot , thats exactly what I was looking for !!

JPD , you are right , I'll probably get a quiet 120mm . Thanks !
