This is a design that I had. So started drawing scale models and trying to figure out exactly how tall and crap everything needed to be.
After some time of drawing I finally had the design I wanted so I put it in Autodesk Inventor and just got the basics out the way before I move on any further I would like some opinions on my designs.

The Blue shows the light before it hits the mirror and before it enters the lens. The Yellow shows the Light reflecting off the mirror and through the LCD.

The idea is to keep the projector as small as possible. and my current idea will leave the thing around 20x15x9. Which I really do want to be smaller but I can't figure out how yet.
