Are either of these projectors any good for use as a multimedia projector?

Found another one that I'm considering:
InFocus LP600
SuntoryTimes
Infocus LP 600:
* 1,024 x 768 XGA native resolution
* 2,500 ANSI lumens, 1000:1 contrast ratio
* HDTV, NTSC, and PAL signals; PC/Mac
* Composite, component, and S-video inputs
* 3-watt mono speaker; 2-year warranty

InFocus LP435Z:
similiar to above

Sony has only 640 x 480 resolution so will be no good for any kind of real projection IMO. Either of the infocus' should be fine though, if you can get them for a 'good' price. smile.gif

Before you purchase any commercial projector, make sure you research lamp life and replacement costs.

InFocus LP600 Projector at ProjectorCentral.com.
It takes a 200W SHP lamp. Maximum 4,000 hour lamp life. Man, that's like buying a new projector with every third lamp.

Personally, I would recommend looking at some cheaper 'evo style' projectors with cheaper bulbs if I wear you. Im going to start a thread soon, where members can post pictures of such projectors and there results highliting both the good and bad. smile.gif
Johnny yes
The Projector that is focussed - LP600, is a vulnerable and of desired quality. It supresses the working to a certain extent. Thus it can find a lot of applications. But for more ideas please contect the service engineer.
