Ordered some lenses and a triplet and they arrived in pristine condition, along with two extra sets of fresnals and an extra OHP triplet.

Got the stuff quickly and a bonus, A+ trade, would do business again.

Purchased a used xbox 360.

WTF???? I'm home from vacation for 10 minutes, I turn it on and finally get the controller to connect, and before I even start a game I get the red ring of death!

Also, I specifically asked if this was still under warranty before I bought it, but you shipped it with no warranty card/paperwork/documentation. What info do I need to get in contact with microsoft, if need be?

update: I've gone from fully functional to RROD, back to functional again in about 20 mins.. I don't have a good feeling about this, but at least it's working for the moment.. please PM me. I tried to PM you but your inbox is full.

There is no documentation or paperwork. You just call up MS, and provided he hasn't already registered the box to his name and phone number, you set up a registry with your name and number, give them the serial number on the console, located both on the back, and above the usb ports on the front (just push up the little flap and you'll see them) and they'll have yours fixed and shipped back for free within about a three week turnaround.

At least you guys have received your items. I still have not received mine. They were supposedly shipped on the 20th of June but still nothing. A couple PMs have gone unanswered. Though as of today he hasn't been logged in since the 25th and all my PMs were after that. I hope my stuff shows up soon.

After Ibanez was away for awhile he contacted me, apologized for the items not showing up indicating it must have been lost in the mail. He offered to refund the money. I readily accepted now just waiting for the refund.

Thanks, thats what I wanted to know. There wasn't any info with the stuff I got.

It seems like it's happy again. I watched a whole HD-dvd last night with no problems. That red ring really scared the crap out of me though.

If it did it once, it WILL do it again. You need to get it refurbed while you've still got coverage. They pay for everything, and it's pretty fast turnaround.

I've been there, trust me.
