If it can't outrun me it's pretty good odds I'll eat it.

Wait . . . hmmm . . . I don't want any wisecracks over that statement!
There are so many. Microwave popcorn. Certain kinds of pretzels. Poppers. Buffalo chicken tenders. Potato chips. Beef jerky. Smoked cheese. Dried fruits are excellent as Sub points out. How to choose???
I'm not much for the classic Ju-ju-bees (spelling?), gummi bears, etc. you'll find at the theatre candy bar though.

Nachos, resees pieces m&m's, chocolate covered raisins, and a couple others I can't remember.
But mostly nachos. With tons of cheese. In fact, nacho cheese with chips.

Real Theater:
Two words - Red Vines. (Not Twizlers, RED VINES!) and a Pepsi...
After that its a toss-up -
I like Junior Mints, but the mint flavor makes my Pepsi taste nasty.
I like popcorn, but $5 minimum for something I know cost you only $0.15?!
I like Nachos, but the portions are usually too small.
Home Theater:
Still Red Vines and Pepsi, or Pretzels and a Sam Adams.

Chocolate - Preferably dark. Tootsie rolls. Chocolate covered raisins or cashews.
When I go to the Cinema, I usually stop by Walmart first for a bottle of pop and snacks before I go. I carry a backpack around all the time and they don't check it, so it's all good.

That kind of flexibility can be very, very handy.

I totally like eating junk-food dinners on movie nights. Normally I eat relatively healthy, but movie nights are all about dumplings or pizza or something.
In the real theatre, junior mints. All the way.

I've actually gotten sick of pizza (probably all those damn totinos pizzas). Still love nacho cheese, especially when the chips are flooded in it and they just start to get soggy, and the cheese is still really hot.
I think that all you can eat buffets should have theaters built in.
