I am in no way bashing lumen labs, I completly love what they are doing. However, I was thinking to my self that, if there is a difference in the S15 kit or Pro Lens kit, wouldn't it be possible, for optimal projection quality, for the lens kit to be customized to the Projector size? Is there any way to order custom lens kits? Or even other custom parts that could be optimized for certain screens? Like, a power supply that is smaller and can fit in a smaller space(smaller case) that is optimized for a smaller LCD screen? How is the manufacturing process done of creating parts that go into a projector, I would love to learn about it.

You can order custom everything you listed, However the problem is the price would be amazingly high do to all the variations. The trick to bringing cost down is mass production, think of it as a car. Ford focus cheap and millions are made. Enzo, the cost millions, but only a few are made. Not really a fair comp but you get the idea.
Without mass production your projector could/would cost 10x more. So it is better for us to have one or two options that will work for 99% of the people.
As for how things are made, Google how XXX is made, XXX being the part you want to know about.

You probably mean the fresnels, as triplets are fairly universal (they just change how far away your image is projected). Fresnels are made from a stamp; a large metal stamp is created with the etchings of the fresnel, the plastic is stamped (or poured on top of, not sure), cooled and peeled off, then cut to size. There are several manufacturers that I've found that had decent prices; since the stamp/mould/whatever is a set size and the fresnel is cut down, there's not much additional cost for a custom fresnel size.
Those are all the manufacturers that I could find. I've asked LL if they would do custom cut, but got no response. And ordering in mass would be ideal, although you might be able to get small quantities.
