Ordered this yesterday from the link above. Got a phone call last night - the monitor is on backorder and won't be available until next month. I'm willing to be patient for this price and combination of contrast ratio, response time and proven strip-ability (I don't know of any other 15" with 500:1 CR and 16ms response time).

You guys saw this:
Dead Pixels Policy: Replacement and Refund for 8 or more Dead Pixels only!
That means under 8 dead pixels, you still have to take it?!

sounds like it from the policy :/ so a guy/gal will have to swallow 7 or less dead pixels? sounds like a company that doesnt have too much faith in their product.. how nice.
