Hi, I'm looking to make a flat screen TV similar to an actual 50" $1000+ TV.

Is there a way to make a flatter version with this set up?


LED Array -> LCD screen -> some focusing lens -> Projection screen

I was thinking of the fresnel lens setup, along with the other lens, but it seems like it would make the depth much longer than necessary. If I had something that was a wide angle lens that could do the opposite of the fresnel, I think that could work. although I realize focusing might be too difficult.

Just thought I'd run this past you guys.
