Can I use a camera lens? Probably not. Camera lenses are designed to work with something the size of the film negative. It will not be able to project a large LCD panel, not even a relatively small 7" panel.

If you can find an LCD about the size of a 35mm negative, and get enough light through it, then you can do it. Otherwise, you cannot. There is no practical arrangement of other lenses which will allow this.
