Can I use <insert model number here> LCD monitor? We're pretty certain that ANY LCD monitor is usable, though some will have issues. We're taking steps to keep a list of compatable monitors. In the meantime, if you do a search on the monitor make and model, you may find that it's been used before. This is probably going to be your best bet. Monitors change all the time, with new models coming out constantly. Keep in mind that it's a lot of work to keep any kind of comprehensive list up to date. There is a thread for a Compatable Monitor List currently active. Look there. Also, if your monitor is not listed, but works well, please post there.

One thing to keep in mind is that whatever your LCD can do outside of the projector is what it will be able to do with the projector. If you have a digital photo frame, for example, it might work fine for you to show large photos, but it will probably not work nearly so well as a TV or DVD viewing screen. Similarly, the LCD from a digital camera isn't likely to work all that great, for much the same reason.
