All the pieces were made with 1/4" MDF, slots were made by gluing a second layer of 1/4" MDF very carefully.
Front: the focus mechanism is held in by friction, I still need to finish the frame (the other two pieces I cut didn't fit quite right).

Top: Standard air intake slot. Airflow is a little less than standard though...

Lamp side: One 120mm fan at the top that is right next to the lamp, and two 80mm fans at the bottom. The bottom fans suck air past the ballast and all three suck air past the LCD/Fresnels.

Top Inside:

Lamp Inside: You can see the euro hinge I used to hold the back on and the mess of wires which amazingly don't seem to hurt the air flow much.

Top Inside Parts removed: You can see the air flow slots here, all incoming air goes through the big one in the middle, the 120mm fan sucks air out the one on the right.

Top Inside Bottom Chamber: Here you can see all the usual goodies. The LCD controller in the top left, two AC adapters in the bottom left, Capacitor/Ignitor/Ballast in the middle, and a Circuit terminal at the top right.

Mirror holder: Glued a threaded rod to a piece of MDF. It is a cheap mirror from walmart, will hopefully fix that soon.

The screen: King sized bedsheet, nice and wrinkled. Also not quite big enough.

Cloverfield: This image looks alot like what I see, it is taken during the day with some sunlight coming in. Hopefully the image will get better when I get a first surface mirror, condenser lens, and maybe Iron the screen.
