My experience with LL as a whole exemplary, The CSR (Benni) is super cool, and a pleasure to do business with. The only complications are the back order - which to be fair isn't LL fault its a sourcing issue - and damage good from shipping - here is where LL shines - the bulb was damaged - or it was all but powdered

I was asked to email some pics of the bulb and LL took care of it promptly.
Love LL - they are allowing us to use their forums, even people who are not yet customers - well - actually thats why I'm a customer now so great thinking
What truley amazes me is how they service the forum community with the differ folks selling enclosures, kits etc - I think its a great. truly not only high tech - they have the high touch.
