One aspect that doesn't really seem to be of interest (for good reason tbh) is trying to get a large depth of field projector
For arguments sake, what ideas would people have to make a projector which was almost always in focus regardless of where the screen was with respect to the projector?

Some ideas i had to start off with were:
1. pass all the light coming out of the collector lens through an iris before getting to the triplet
2. Use an extremely small arc length lamp

Yeah, that guy's a god.
I'm in love with his foldable display systems.

Without lasers though, what's the largest depth of field somebody could make on their projector?
