Has anyone left their 10.6 panel untouched? I just bought a new one and was thinking maybe I would not strip it. The first one I stripped I left a few scratches in the polar, very light, but I can tell they are their sometimes when watching a movie with a really bright scene. I was thinking maybe I would just leave this one untouched, I never tried my old one unstripped so I have no clue how big of an improvement it makes. I am of course using a split setup to get rid of the glowies with these panels. Thanks alot!!! rolleyes.gif

I've left mine unstripped, but am contemplating stripping to get more brightness. I can only base my decision on what others have seen and said, and while most people will say just leave it (which is the advice I took) i saw someone's projector where they managed to get a quarter of their AG layer off and the brightness and colour difference was significant (to me).

Leave them on, if it's too dim compared to your stripped panel, then go for another strip. Just keep in mind replacement of a 10.6 isnt really an easy option anymore.
