Anyone interested? I have some limited self taught knowledge in electronics. I need to learn more about high frequency, high voltage power devices. Mainly how to convert DC or AC into 500+ volts at 50K Hz. If you can teach me, great. If you know some resources that I can reference that's good too. I have a number of pdf files that appear to be copies of international patents of his designs. I can follow the basic principles with out problem, but I lack the knowledge to really experiment with the designs on my own. I'm not sure if his claims were real or not, but of all the over unity devices I've looked into, I think this one has the most merit.

Well there are many ways. BJTs don't like high voltages and can't handle much power. SRC devices could easily handle the power and voltage but there switching speed is too slow to achieve 50khz. Power MOSFETs fit the bill well. IGBTs could also work, they are usually used in applications switching power well into the kilowatt range. A thyratron tube would also work, but unless you are working in the megawatt range i would go solid state.

I would personally use a IGBT. You can get a beast on eBay for like $20.
