Toshiba is offering some really nice LCD panels in the range of 8.9~13.3" (WXGA) .... or even 7.2" WXGA !!!

Unfortunatly I'm having some real trouble finding those panels. Is there a site where you can look up panel partnames by searching... let's say on a laptop type number or something?

And what's the best place to find/buy a panel anyway? So far I got (besides the general well known complete dvd portable screens, picture screens, new monitors, etc.):

* manhattanlcd.com
* proyectorbarato.com
* lcds4less.com
* izzotek.com
* pchub.com
* store.earthlcd.com
* exclusiv-online.com

What more ??

Fry.

Can't help you with the LCDs but the link to the 7.2" WXGA is broken.

Carpow, how is your project going? Your projector seems similar to mine. I'm trying to use the 8.9" Toshiba panel from a SDP2500 portable player. It is also pretty transmissive. I'd love to hear how your work is coming (since us lowly Lab Rats can't have plogs...).
