Parts express sells bare drivers and kits but they also provide some design and building info on their site as well. They even have a Free speaker design software download. I haven't used it in a while but I think it was limited to the drivers they sold. I'm pretty sure it did box size, port dimensions, and crossover design.

Nice i would love to do that just dont have access to all my tools(away at school ) but who knows i might just go out and buy some more
