I have some questions , someone pls explain it for me . I have spend for 2 hours searching about this , but i cant find anything .

1/ What is FS mirror ? Is it the same with the normal mirror that we use in the bathroom ?

2/ Will the image flip ( horizontally) after hit the mirror ?

3/ Will the light 's strenght reduce after hit the mirror ? or it's the same

Thank you very much .

From my first protector I used a OHP projector mirror ,, F- FRONT S- SIDE Mirror .. Basically I gather it is a onesided mirror.. There are blogs to make your own with aircraft stripper and a walmart mirror.. I never tried it but it works... As for the light I did not notice a difference although ny straight thru 2 nd design does look a little brighter... As far as flipping the image what I have done on my last 2 projectors is to mount the lexan first over the bulb in my box the the 220 mm rear fresnel lens .. then the triplet centered at the front. I carefully plaace the lcd inside ... always reversed and see which way it workss.. I do believe the back of the lcd would be facing the triplet but I dont thing you need to turn it from left to right because like any image in a mirror the left and right is backwards..

1. Normal/bathroom mirrors have the mirroring applied to the back of the glass, and then a layer or layers of paint on top of that. Light travels through the glass first, hits the mirror and then reflects back out through the glass. This is bad for projection purposes, and causes "ghosting" or a doubling of the image. First/front surface mirrors have the mirroring applied on top of the glass, and are also typically higher quality.

2. Yes, it will flip. See the "Hints and Kinks" section of Durachko's A to Z Tweaks thread.

3. Yes. The best FS mirrors available are about 94-95% reflective (so at least 5% light loss, probably more).
