• The Box, I Built it Ma self Make Sure u use a Glue to Glue the box and then put Screws. I didn’t
do it Exactly to Lumen Lab Meshaments. the reason behind this was I thought of adding a
couple of inches More to the Box so the Bulb will have more room , as a result less heat so what
I did was made the box in ply wood and I placed 2 layers of wood protective sealer to the box
once that was done Added a Court of ARALDITE GLUE to all the Bonding arias such as the
corners of the box. After words made the necessary holes using a jigxo cutter. Later Placed thin
Aluminum sheets with Tin-tex nails in side the box where the Bulb is placed so the bulb heat
wont harm the wooden box. Once all that is done painted Dulux Mat Black Paint inside the
Box ,For the Out side I Had to Apply 3 Courts of Primer and Sand it using sand paper to get a
good Finishing once that was done Painted it with Dulux Gloss Black Paint. Out side and inside
was Painted 3 Courts Each with the mentioned Paint. To do all that and Make the Box it Cost ed
me a total of

Cost 11,200 Rupees (96.50 $ Roughly) laugh.gif laugh.gif

Hello Chamal.I'd like to see that box you made.Sounds like its a keeper!
chamal
dear lonewolfmichigan,

The Box is the last pic i built it to last. i will post more pics but the problem is you can only post pics up to 110KB here i almost reached ma limit.

any how i found this nice sheet wich works as a good screen metirial its called MDF PVC White board. Here in Srilanka i bought 2 Sheets now i have a 10 Foot in to 14Foot SCREEN.Cost is very low it costed me only Rs. 1600 Per Sheet thats Roughly $ 13.91 Per Sheet. Gain is 1 .Glad i bought it its worth it. I have a REFLECTA(BRAND) 120'' Diagnal Motorized Screen but according to the profomance i've seen comparativly wort it to use the sheet coz for our low lumen projectors this suits and perfoms much better. now i can watch during the day with full colours thanks to this discovery

Thanks,
Regards,
CHamal.
