This is a LL black eballast that I bought from a user up here. It's been working for me for several months now. Last week, it failed to start after many minutes. Usually, it starts very quickly. So, it took it out, check all the wires and the lamp. Everything appears to be fine. I put it back, and it lighted up.
I used it several more times after that. Then this afternoon, it failed to start up again. All wire connections appear to be Ok. It's probably the starter portion of the eballast. Did anyone experience this before? How do I fix this? Is there a bad capacitor, or something like that that I can take out and replace? Thanks.
