I was as Lowe's the other day looking at lexan. They had acrylic glass and polycarbonate glass. Which one should I use? None of them specifically said UV blocking on them. One did say non yellowing or will not yellow in sunlight. Does this mean it's the kind with a UV coting?

Thanks

Lexan is a brand name for polycarbonate.
Lexan XL10 is the version with UV protection.
It is usually sold in the USA with a plastic sheeting on one side that indicates the brand(Lexan XL10) and that other side should face the sunlight.
That side that should face sunlight usually has a green protective sheet on it.
It's possible they had no XL10 in stock. I've only picked it up at Home Depot so far, never looked at Lowes yet.

Quite possibly, yes. I would take down the make/model/serial number and research it if it doesn't say explicitly that it reduces UV.
