Hey guys,
Even after everyone told me GO WITH INTEL! I went with AMD for a couple reasons. Well only reason really, I got the AMD Athlon X2-6400 (3.2ghz) for $143! So here what I'm trying to do right now...

Make a DIY version of the Origen S21T, here a picture of it

Here are the details

AMD Athlon X2 6400 Black Edition =$143
2gb of DDR2 Ram = $54
500gb = $84
AM2 GeForce6100 Motherboard = $26.50 (I love ebay)

What I still Need

A graphics card
LCD (12.1, 13.3, 10.6)

Anyone know what kind of graphics card I should be looking at? I was thinking the 8500GT, or the 7600GS is really cheap now. If you want links to those products above let me know I still can't believe how cheap that X2 6400 was! Let me know what you guys all think!

I got my 7900gs for about 100 dollars, which is an amazing card. It easily handles any hi-def content I have. It also can play pretty much any game at more resolutions, if you're into gaming.

will you be storing your dvd library on it? and how will you connect it to your hdtv. I'm in search of a way to
put all of my dvds onto a external terrabyte and then i need a way to connect it to my hdtv. what would you recommend? and how is your set up working out.
