Do you have an English version of your site?
I hate using the Google translator unless I have to, and my grasp of your language is non-existent.

In the PDF there is a note that says “Without polarizer at input side”.
I wonder what it actually means.

Well, i took apart my 3M MP8610 which I think used the exact same panel (also SHARP 6.4" 800x600)

Anyways, the setup was Collimator Lens; then a dark tinted glass-type panel that wasn't parallel to the collimator (angled at about maybe 30 degrees?); LCD; and Collector. I'm guessing that tinted glass has something to do with the polarizer?

I could take a photo of the setup if you guys want

OK To be fare then the stated 13.5% would actually be less once you add another polarizer. Looks like a sneaky way to inflate the actual transmissivity by the people at Sharp. No doubt it probably is good, just not 13.5% good

A polarizer will reduce output by at least 50%, probably more in this case. An extra polarizer should drop transmissivity to about 6-7%, about the exact same as other panels.
