Sorry , I'm pretty sure its a really lame question but I dont know anything about electrical stuff , so I appreciate any help !

I finally connected everything , but I dont know how to ground , i dont want to mess up anything. what am i going to with the green cable that comes from the power line ? will it work if i just connect it to a screw/panel that i use to connect 2 wood pieces together ?

What ballast do you have?

the pulse start from lighting unlimited

I also dont have a green wire coming out from the ballast that has to be grounded as the diagram says(the one on the forum)

that's normal right?

You would attach the green wire in to the ballast frame. Use the screw or bolt on the bracket that holds the ballast down.
