I am done stripping down my 10.6 panel and It occurred to me that I don't know which way (upside down, right side up, left or right) it should go in the projector. It would be nice if that small flexible circuit board on the bottom of the panel could be placed on the bottom instead of needing to be supported on the top.

So which was is the lcd supposed to be positioned in the PJ?

The small PCB that runs the length of the panel should be placed at the bottom of the projector facing the lens/screen (from what I gather reading other 10.6 PLOGs). Remember, the lens operates like the human eye and inverts the image so that it can be displayed correctly.
