I work at an R&N plasma physics research lab, and one thing we use here ALOT for great modular building is 80/20 extrusions. The stuff can get pricey without even knowing it, however it will allow for a VERY modular set. So i'm working on a PJ setup based around the stuff. Just hoping anyone else out there has used this in theirs' so i can get some ideas.... anyone?

Thats AWSOME! haha WOW some of those look crazy. I know from putting together alot of 80/20 orders, the parts are cheap, but when you finish it can easily get into the $1000 range for some of that stuff. Some of those look like they can very quickly get into the neighborhood of $200-$400 for their PJs. I'm trying to go very el' cheapo on mine, so it's going to be uber simple, just to keep costs down.
