You can try calling an electrical store or a lighting store. I ended up buying my stuff from the States because the electrical stores in my area were wanting to charge me over $100 CAN for a single 150W Philips CDM-TD. I had someone ship my lamp to me to avoid brokerage. I bought my ballast off of a Canadian LL member who had purchased it from the States. With the dollar being as strong as it is right now, going across the border is probably your best bet for a good deal.
