I was wondering about attaching BOC to a frame, most people stretch it over a wood frame and staple it and that seems to work okay but I wondered if anyone has tried installing grommets around the parameter and using 'tie straps' to keep it tight?
It would also be easier to remove it.. you could make a frame that comes apart and be able to break it down.

Sounds like a good idea to me; I used screws to attach mine, while it is a pain in the a**, I was able to take it apart at home, and bring it to college. Your idea would make it easier.

Using screws is better than staples for a take-apart screen! How did you secure it, did you use washers to help hold the screen? How far apart were the screws?
I have the equipment to make grommeted cloth so maybe I will give it a try and report my findings on here.

The screws were about 7" or so apart. They were a little closer along the sides. They're just some cheap, small screws from Home Depot, and I just drilled them right through the fabric with about an inch of overlap. It works great, the fabric doesn't really rip; It's very thick.
