I'd say your first two pics show up pretty bright and even despite not using a precon sdubb. By chance, how was your camera set up for these shots?

It has been so long ago I took those pics I dont really remember the camera settings I have is a Canon Powershot A85 4.0 MP I really love my camera its not the best but it takes good pics its just really slow cant ever catch that Canon (polaroid) moment smile.gif I will see if I can find out what I set my camera at I think I used what was suggested here for taking pictures of projected images

I guess I should add that this panel has been sold to a fellow LL and also the Vdigi I was using so basically I have a light box now smile.gif I am hoping to get something with some more inputs on it smile.gif

Last time I checked they both did the same thing (projected a big ol image)

okay so i put a new panel in mine and changed up some of the wiring now I am getting crazy jumping pixels i really only see it with the text, this is driving me bonkers I tried moving the wires around so I wouldn't get interference from the coil ballast that did not help. Somebody help me this is really ticking me off.
sdubb
okay I have to bump this, why is it that I get great results when showing the desktop pictures and anything thats at a stand still but the moment I play a dvd or movie from the hard drive everything starts shifting the slightest I dont know what to call it but its as if the pixels are dancing or say if you saw a line it would look like its wavy its easier to spot on text in movies. When I have nothing plugged into it and the screen says "no input connected" it looks perfect and the pixels are not dancing. Its the strangest thing, anybody have any ideas.
sdubb
bumpiddy bump bump
sdubb
nobody out there knows why this is happening somebody anybody. HELP
sdubb
Seriously nobody has had this problem nobody knows what I am talking about.

It sounds like your getting some noise from somewhere,, like when you tried to move the wires for ballast around,, I find I get some noise from all the wires I have going from sat.box to ht and back to pj , usually just a loose cable somewhere ,or if washer or dryer is on , something else on same circuit. not really sure.. anybody else..

Yah man sounds wierd. check for wires Under your boards and post a pic.
sdubb
but why would it only do this on video? When looking at the desktop or text its perfect.
dreiseratops
So theres absolutely no change anywhere near your aux inputs?

Show us what is happening vs desktop inna pic.
sdubb
dropped in a new LCD so its all good just got done watching the SUNS on it and they won smile.gif
lodaloda
the reason the pixels are dancing is because your LCD is directly connected to a wall outlet for power. It needs to be connected via a constant voltage regulator or like you have a PC attached to a UPS or CVT. That will supply constant voltage and the pixels wont jump around like they look to be doing.
